I'm dissappointed, Im fron Jhb Parkmore, drove all the way to Witbank visitibg my partner. We went to ocean basket highveld mall for supper, our waiter was Robert Mafu. I must say the guy's service was horrible. He brought our drinks and didnt bring the milk for my wife, we had to wait and remind him, next we ordered 2x platter for 1 and told him we want our food grilled including mussels heads grilled, he brought them fried we called him for grilled ones as requested. After finishing to eat we asked him to pack the remaining and put them as take away. He simple brought the empty take away and asked us to pack it ourselves, we did for the sake of peace. We ordered last drinks (tea and beer) and asked him to bring wet wipes, we had to wait close to 4 min for wet wipes till i stood up to ask them myself. Raised a complaint to his supervisor and told him that " im sorry for use the word shit but that the service i received". The waiter (Robert Mafu) came out of the blue and with a very rude gesture told me not to say i have received a shitty service. His supervisor had to push him away.
Im sooo disappointed, first time receiving such service fron ocean basket.
