PESOPACK NOT YET RECEIVED BY THE RECEIVER - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I would like to report a problem with your dynamics. I paid my transaction last April 9, 2021 thru LBC-Gaisano Grand Koronadal Branch. I followed up my payment with the origin branch, they said they will redeliver it, but it is not yet received. This is unfortunate. Hope you will act on my complain.
