Useless fiber service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Fiber service down for a week. No call Centre agent can confirm when this will be repaired. Left messages with agents for a Manager to call, no one did. Paying for a service that is non existant. Utterly despicable. No one knows what is going on nor can they confirm when it will be resolved. 24 to 48 hrs turn around time has passed many days ago.
