Unstable Internet service on August 3,2020 - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.The company has announced technical issues in our coverage area (Silang, Cavite) yesterday (August 3,2020). I understand that this kind of problems occurs however it wasn't resolved in a timely manner. Unconsistent connectivy to none happened 10:00 in the morining until evening of August 3,2020. Due to service interruptions it has caused me my work especially to my salary. I work from home even before the pandemic and I was assured good connectivity. It was good and in rainy days it's a little slow, I have no compalins about it but yesterday was no connection and it caused me to lose Php 1,850 because of not coming in to my work. My account number is 1050602021982 under Neal Xyrill M. Tapayan. I hope I can get a reasonable compensation to my account due to this lost. Thank you!
