I ordered 1 chicken fillet with rice, 1 2pc Chicken, 1 Rich ChocoPie last March 27, 2020 but they gave me 2 a la carte instead of 1 2pc chicken, and so I reported it and they called us to deliver it by tomorrow but the next day I called and they said no delivery for that day but we can go there to get it? im pregnant and im not gonna risk going out just because of that and because of their carelessness in giving the services they could've given me a refund if unable to deliver it. so unreliable. ive been waiting for their response until now but still no response? I mean how unreliable can your customer services be? Ive encountered this before but all they do is saying sorry and will give us a better service. THIS IS NOT A SURVEY BUT A COMPLAINT THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED! SO DONT GIVE ME A RESPONSE TELLING ME YOURE SORRY AND WILL JUST GIVE ME BETTER SERVICES NEXT TIME BUT INSTEAD GIVE ME A SOLUTION!!!!!
