On the 25th Feb I bought a device Mobicel Blink from Pep stores Wonderboom Mayville in Pretoria.I work as a delivery agent.Unfortunately the instrument couldn't meet my work expectations.I returned it for exchange(by adding money for another one)
Instead I received a sour attitude.Is it too much to ask for better customer care? We get better treatment from your rivals like game stores,Makro and expect such treatment from a dignified store like Pep.
I will never lose hope in a store cos of individual's unbecoming behaviour
