I am incorrectly debited since april. - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

In April 2020 I took a new contract( Laptop), repayment was R199.00 but I am being debited R395.00 I logged a request @ westgate mall Vodafone store , the next Monday I call just to follow up only to find out my request was closed to say nothing is wrong , I called numerous times trying to explained , I suggested that they listen to my call and the agent called me to say I was right she will log a call only to find the request was logged incorrectly ,i have calling talking to different agents , Team leader Tertius Jerald,Tarrayn Matherntten ,Rori Francis ,Thabita Kazadi they promised to call me back still no communication from them. After so many years being with Vodacom I have never received such abusive , treating me like a mad Dog Being transfer to consultant to consultant without being told .
