I would like to report that Lichtenburg branch for always not having stock. They let me pharchase bed and hoover knowing very well that they don't have it. I had to wait for 2 weeks for bed and now for hoover its 3 weeks. When I want refund they don't have money. They are not treating us fairy because its my time to go and ask if the goods its there or not. I am not happy at all . My receipt is lost now I must go do affidavit . This is bad service ever... Why put things on special whereas you know you don't have. Its false advertising . I will contact consumer department to help us.

I lay byed a fridge by the OK Furniture store in Motherwell finished paying it off now they don't have the fridge in store.I have been waiting for almost a month now no follow up about what is what..I'm so disappointed by your service guys I was looking forward to buy more stuff from your stores as it is close to us right in the location but from this poor service given to me i don't see myself buying anything from you guys again..sad customer
