Upgraded but have not received my 250mins - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have upgraded on the 6 January 2021
Which gives me data and monthly minutes
For the month of March I didn’t receive my 250 mins but have received my data
It’s now 3 days later and Vodacom has not resolved my issue.
I cannot make calls and have been calling Vodacom non stop
But still not getting proper assistance
Their service is really bad and I have been with Vodacom for over 10years now!
