Monthly premium as per agreement with the consultant - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

In June 2020 I have upgraded my contract and when we completed our conversation we agreed that I am going to pay R168.77, and I even ask the consultant that is he sure that I will be paying that amount then he assured me. Then in July R212 was deducted. Then I thought maybe in includes admin fees. Then I left 200 in my account knowing that 168.77 is going to be debited in August, it bounced back because the money was insufficient which I knew.That's when I started to communicate at customer care. I have been taken from one person to the other, no one wanted to help me. With some people I would be promised to be called back but that did not happen. I got a penalty of 180 in September then 526 was deducted. Even now I got a message that I will be charged extra 112 on top of 212.77.

Is there anyway that I could get help please. Am also requesting the extra money that I paid because there were some delays to help me and each and every month am payimg extra. It was 180 and now is 112. I have been with Vodacom for quite a long time and we were having a good relationship and now am so frustrated and I don't know what to do.
