TV repair - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought a TV at orange farm Eyethu mall late June, i then decided to open the TV two weeks later only to find out that the TV cracked,well it was still working even though it cracked....took the TV back and they told me they would repair the issue hence it was a lights issue has hisence TV'S have a problem with light as they said, i didnt want want to fix the crack but i wanted them to fix the issue of it not working. They then promised the technicians would come fix the issue, i had to wait about 5 days until i received a call telling me i now have to take the TV to the store, they then assured us it would be fixed within the week and they contact me, i had to follow up with them hence I didn't get any feedback, only to find out that we know have to pay for the TV to be repaired, mind you we have to pay a bigger amount than the price of the TV, this was within 21 days after a bought the TV, and the contract stipulates that, it's the manufacturer's responsibility to repair within that 21 days. I've read so many complaints and I'm not going to let this go, I'll take this as far as possible.The stories they tell are even different, I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from OK!!!!!

Same problem 49 inch samsung cracked i bought it 15 july but now gone its a week nw waiting for them to call me poor service yhoooo Ok
