Rude - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Out of box Samsung S21 ultra failed out of box then the store technician was rude to me repeatedly then got told that there’s a cable missing they refuse to return the cellphone , the box was opened in thier shop the sales lady took the phone out and the papers etc etc I asked for help and they refused I really didn’t expect this I’ve renewed my contract woth Vodacom on three numbers for 12 years now a little help would of been nice
