I have received a new device, on the 24/03/2021 and the device never worked.
I even logged a SR number this is my second day that I’m not productive at work and I’m afraid that I’m gonna loose a job based on that...
I would understand if it was existing device that functioned before but this is a new device and it requires a higher priority because I’m your new client and this is what I’m experiencing.
The person that SR is assigned to is Not even bordered to give me a call and acknowledge.
The person that sold me a router does not even call to check if I’m sorted.
