Fiber line relocation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day, I have been trying to get my fiber line moved to my new premisis and it has been 45 days that I have been trying to get my line working. I waited the 30 day waiting period that I have no idea why this is even in the prosedures but you wait 30 days before your call gets assigned, now 15 days after this I have spoken to probably 30 different people at the call center, managers had me holding for 30 minutes then the call just drop, people promise to phone back and never do. I am sick of Vodacom nonsense service, please can a representative check my account and see how many times I phoned and asked for assistance with no help whatsoever , this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Facing the same issue, submitted the form, and a log request was logged on the 22 March 2021 but no one seems to be willing to assist. This is terrible.
