Consultant's name is Lee Linel and his manager was Micah at the Cresta shop that has since closed down. Lee works at Westgate. He has asked the insurance if I can backpay the year's premiums. He says I must follow up? I signed the contract indicating that I was taking out insurance on the device. On my invoice, I assumed that the insurance cover was the insurance debit for the device. Vodacom was negligent and has breached the contract. My elderly mother has been without a phone for over a week and no one is prepared to help me or to take responsibility.
