- Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

It now been 2 weeks without a phone and I am no closer to resolving this issue. I have been referred now to the regional manager and failing that, the consumer rights commission and ombudsmen. Head office contacts remain elusive. The store manager at the Cresta branch (the shop that is still open there) told me that if this had happened in his store, I would have a replacement phone by now and the dealer and manager who were negligent would be liable for the back-pay costs of the insurance. I know what has to happen but no one at Vodacom will take this on as the store at which this occurred has closed down a few months ago.
