Terrible internet speeds endanger my work from home job. - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am really unhappy with the network speeds that I receive from vodacom. I am an online teacher and as such I rely on good internet to conduct my lessons. As of the past two to three weeks I have not even been able to run a simple speedtest using vodacom network, I have tested two other ISP sim cards in my router and the speed was remarkably better. I went from not even being able to run a speedtest with vodacom to 28mbps+ upload and download with MTN and 14mbpsup and down with CellC. When I log a query I don't get answers or even an idea of the problem, a few days later the query is resolved with no explanation and little or no change to the problem. Last night I logged a query again after receiving yet another complaint about my internet from my company, I was passed to three consultants in one live chat session. The last consultant seemed willing to assist me, he explained what he was going to do but then he told me to hold on......I held on....for THREE HOURS. This morning, problem still persists. I am only a freelancer, in these horrible times of COVID there are not enough jobs. I can jot lose this job because of network service. I am paying R299 for this service, I am buying prepaid data with another ISP because vodacom can't perform. I can't cancel with you because I can't pay that crazy fee...what should I do now?
I am super frustrated.
