Uhappy customer - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a television on the 29-05-2021 in standerton bradlows furniture , it fell on the 02-06-2021 , I went to report it on the 03-06-2021 Under the terms of 7 days window period but I didn't get assistance . Can the head office please attend to my complain because my television is broken and I should have got a new television according my the contract that I've signed with them .
