Failure to do sim swap 0723197033 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi Vodacom

I have been struggling to have my number sim swapped.i was offered an upgrade since I lost my phone and was promised that if I do take the upgrade I will receive my contract number back that I lost in September 2019 with its airtime package.i only took the package because I wanted to get my number back it has been 3 weeks since I received my phone but still struggling with the sim swap.

Called customer care and it seems like no one is able to assist me.

Went to southgate vodacom shop and spoke to Patrick he tried but it seems like the problem is beyond him .
