OK Furniture - Head OfficeOn Tuesday the 04 may 2021, I went to the bank for my personal stuff. The bank told me that OK Furniture account is in arrears and I was surprised because my account is updated so I went to OK Furniture I spoke with the cashier and she said that she can't help me because everything is fine on their system, her colleague told her to call rainbow finance, she called a lady using the store telephone the lady told (rainbow finance) we can't do anything is not our problem the IT department must resolve it not us,for me is a poor poor service because didn't open an account with IT department, I opened the account with store if there is any issues they must be able to resolve it. How can you hand over the account and fail to clear it if is up to date for me is a bad bad service. I have been a loyal customer for years, from what happened yesterday I will never buy or open an account with OK Furniture, I will rather go to other furniture stores, your services is very very bad.
