Got poor service from two Vodacom consultants in one day - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I bought all for you via Vodacom app on the 08 and 09 August 2020 instead they activated power hour, I phone Vodacom customer service on the 09 of August 2020 and I spoke to Gugu huhaaa this lady was very rude, she does not even know the difference between all for you and just for you. She promised to phone me back even now still waiting for her call. I phone again and spoke to Thembisile, this one got a drink attitude, she didn't even bother to help she kept on saying it means I bought power hour, she dropped a call on my ears while I am still explaining. I am very disappointed with Vodacom n its employees I got wrong package while trying to resolve this matter with customer care I got very bad service,Vodacom spoiled my 2020 mother's day celebration. Your consultants do not know your product, I don't know why they are hired cos really their service is very bad, they are rude,impatient, sound unskilled and full of themselves.
