Cancellations Department - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have been trying to get the contract cancelled since November2020 . I have made numerous phone calls to Vodacom and have spoken to Angel, Paul and Simphiwe who all said the same thing that the cancellation is in progress and that they will phone me back and I will receive a reference number via sms and email to confirm the cancellation, well to date I have not received any confirmation. it is unfair that Vodacom is forcing me to be in contract with them while my contract has expired. I have never came across such incompetence.

Amazing how many of these complaints are about the cancellation department. See my issue a few days ago. When will we get answers? when will we be credited? and when will they clear our credit records, that they have negatively impacted , to to their incompetency.
