No Delivery and No Communication (Poor Service) - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Bradlows - Head OfficeI placed an online order on the 25th April, Kingsley 5 Piece Dinette no delivery has taken place and no one is giving feedback as to where the order is. Even with lockdown restrictions many companies have managed to be up to date with their deliveries and I should know what is happening because the tracking system is showing no movement and that is unacceptable. I wish I can just get my money back and go and buy it at DecoFurn.
