Refusing to give back a receipt - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

My sister sent back a faulty kettle at Kwamashu station clicks firstly they argue about the kettle not working whilst still under warranty bt they refused to give her back the receipt what if similar problem occurs again
