Product issue - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Hello i am really feed up of your service, i bought you reclining sitting room couches and they are peeling the back and the single coach was not assembled correcly because it look right, i called in at durban west street and they said they will log a complaint but didn't because the complaint was only logged when i went to the store,instead of someone assisting me with the complaint someone called me to tell me that i will be debited, i am so angry and disappointed because those couches cost R29 000 it means that you bradlows are selling couches which are not real leather and you making it seem like you selling the real thing which is false advertising, i happen to work in complaints and i am very educated when it comes to complaints management policy and my rights as a consumer, i need you to come and fetch this couches because it's clear they are not leather and if they are peeling now it's not even 3weeks and i am having problems.
