On the 25th of October 2020 I went to Randburg Pep Home to send money. The 1st amount was R1500 by 11:42,2nd amount R1200 by 11:44 by 11:50 the money was withdrawn at an ABSA ATM in Randburg Square.
I called Pep customer call Centre told them my story, they told me to go open a case with SAPS and go back to the branch, I did just that.
At the Branch the manager gave me forms to fill with all my details nd what happens and she said she will handover the matter to the Area Manager of Randburg stores in Johannesburg then I will hear from them.
It's been 2weeks now I've heard nothing from Pep stores Area Manager.
Yesterday the 8th of November Morning I called again Pep customer call Centre nd spoke to Roshell, she told me that I have to deal with SAPS about my case, me filling those forms at Pep was for Pep records only so I must find out from SAPS about my case with an attitude. Funny enough I didn't send my money via SAPS but Pep Home store in Randburg Johannesburg.
It's been 2weeks now I'm still waiting for Pep Area Manager from Randburg to say something. I'm wondering that Pep doesn't it do their own investigations other than relying only on SAPS.
Im very dissapointed on Pep store about their service nd how they treat their customers.customer service is very poor.
I'm a single parent working very hard for my money to just vanish just like that.
I will put this on all social Media platforms on my Facebook page Twitter to make people aware of what's happening at Pep store, it was my 1st time sending money via Pep and last time nd will never encourage anyone to send money via PEP Stores.
A VERY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY CUSTOMER OF PEP STORES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR STAFF, FROM THEIR CALL CENTRE AGENTS,AREA MANAGER AND BRANCH MANAGER CLEARY THE 'BATHO PELE' PRINCIPLES ARE OF NO CONCERN TO PEP STORES.
