We would like a refund for our online order (details listed below).

1. Reason for refund:
1.1. We made the order on 18th June 2020 we have not received the product (over 1 month later).
1.2 We have not received an update as to where the product is
1.3 We lodged a complaint, # 9000115497, and we have not received any updates.
