Failure to cancel the contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI have cancelled my contract for number 079 691 6795 but up to now not yet cancelled. My first call with regard to cancellation was the 10th August, 09 Sept, 20 October, 22 October, 25 October. All these agents i have been communicating with informed me they escalated this to their Team Managers up until now i have not recieved a cancellation letter. Data is continued being loaded and my money being deducted for the contract i cancelled. When i decide to reverse my money now i am reflected as in arrears. This is not the first time that when i want to cancel contract with vodacom i am getting this kind of treatment where last time i had to involve my lawyers. I am always getting the worst service when i have to cancel my contracts.
