On 15 July 2020 I made contact with Bradlows accounts department over the phone with Nokuthula . I requested a discounted settlement which she first asked for my ID number and check if I qualify. She then gave me a feedback and said , I don’t meet the criteria. I asked her to elaborate on that statement , inform me who meets the criteria for a discounted settlement especially during this pandemic time that we are facing. She told me that she can’t tell me who qualifies. I requested to speak to her manager and she refused and told her manager is busy with other things and she can’t attend to me. I asked her again to give me her name and surname which she refused to give me her surname and said I must only use Nokuthula with a number ‘215196’. I’m extremely disappointed that I’m rejected to be treated like any other customers that are offered a discounted settlement.
To tell you the truth, I already had items that attracted my eyes from Bradlows Store in Cape Town, but from this kind of treatment I have second thoughts on continuing and be your customer again. As I believe even from the department I’m working for, customers must be treated fairly. May I please get a response regarding this issue ASAP.
