I placed my order online on the 26th of June. Today, the 8th of July my order has not been delivered. As per your turnaround time of 2-10 working days, I was expecting that when I tack my order it will at least say my order is on it's way, but unfortunately to my dismay, when I track my order it says " order placed successfully ", it has not yet been picked. Please advise me when j will receive my order. As I have been patiently waiting.
