Application Status (Installation)
Hello!
I would like to follow up about the scheduled installation of our Internet Connection from Converge. It has been more than 21 days upon payment but there was no update to when the installation happen. This will be my 7-8 times to follow up and sending a request through email and your Customer Hotline.
There is a need for the service as soon as possible because the school year is about to start. Please provide an update if it can be installed within this month. If not please give us the step by step instructions on how we can submit a request for refund and look for other service providers that can service our area more efficiently.
