I ve been using vodacom for the more than 15 years now . Now my problem is the router is not connecting for the past 2 months , I been calling vodacom trying to fix the problem till last week Thursday 22 Oct2020 , I went to Southgate Mall they took my router to Eastgate mall for repairs,today 26 Oct 2020 they say my router is out of warranty they cant fix it. It is still under contract, full of data from last month and this month, shall I keep on paying for services not rendered ? If your vodacare shops are not going to fix it pls let me
know so that I can cancel the contrat and move to another service provider
