I was returning a baby shoe within 5 mins after I bought it due to its size being big; but my baby had already warn it; the manager instructed the cashier to clean the shoe infront of everyone all customers standing in the cue; because I represent workers in NEHAWU I asked if what she is doing is part of the employees duties as it’s supposed to fall with the cleaners; the manager responded very upset saying that they do not have any cleaners; & I found it very disturbing as it is exploration of workers rights; the details of the specific pep stores where this incident occurs are as follows: 4th Avenue Newton Park Pick n Pay center; & the date when this occurred was the 7th of April afternoon; I would appreciate if I can get a response regarding this matter; my name is Nomvuzo Blossom Booi my contact number is 078 723 0464 my email address is bloss***@gmail.com; I am a very good customer of pep stores I buy most of my children’s clothes at pep even cellphones and for myself; I wouldn’t want this to affect my loyal support for pep in the future; please attend to it ASAP!
