Stylos Vivos cellphone - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESI bought the above mentioned product from Pep Lakeside mall on the 26th January 2021 and was completely dissatisfied with the product as it was slow and just not up to standard. I could not return it immediately due to my busy schedule but eventually on the 27th of February I managed to make time and return it. Upon arrival a cashier named Lindo attended to the phone and advised that it would have to be booked for repairs for a period of 4-6 weeks. I expressed my dissatisfaction as this phone I was using for work purposes and that time is just not acceptable, I then asked for the manager. A person who identified himself as Thabo(he wasn’t wearing a name badge) came and rudely dismissed my dissatisfaction stating that that’s how things work at Pep. Now I don’t understand how a new phone can be repaired for being slow but I guess you people know better but I would like to express right now that the 6 week period is just unacceptable!! How am supposed to work without an office phone? And what takes so long to “repair” a phone
