I booked return tickets for my son Oyintanda Tyalifrom Bloemfontein to East London and back for 27 February and 1st March 2020. The bus was canceled by the company and I was told to collect my refund at Bloemfontein tourism center. Whenever I get there it was closed until today somebody told me that office will never open again. I want my money and I tried calling 011 7743333 no response. Can someone help me.
