Contract cancellation issue - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI have been calling Vodacom several times asking them to cancel my contract, I was told to go to vodacom shop since they fraud alert on my profile. On the 19th of November 2020.I went to vodacom Richardsbay, they told me they don’t do cancellation. I told them that the consultant told me to go to the shop since there is a fraud alert in my profile. I stood there for more than 20 minutes, I called vodacom cancellation department again , I asked them to speak to the guy at vodacom shop, then finally they allowed me in. The manager did see my ID he send the email to the cancellation department, they promised to get back to me in 2 days. Today is the 25th of November 2020 and I haven’t received any response. I called them
