Expected deliver exceeds 10 days - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I placed an online order on the 26 May 2020 and it was the last time I interacted with Bradlows. There is no feedback at all except for the email comfirming my order has been received. My order no. isĀ #800007919. Numerous times I called the customer care line to no avail.
Please help!!!
