Rudeness of customer services teller - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI was at Brooklyn mall complaining about a contract issue that I had discussed with one of your tellers. Instead of coming up with a solution he was so rude he walked away angrily. His name was David Nicholas. I was finally assisted by a David Quinn who was much more professional and problem- solving. He told me Mr Nicholas had anger management issues and was aggressive in nature so we need to be cautious when dealing with him. Really? We need to be the cautious ones who pussyfoot when we are paying? I don’t think so. I really need an apology for this kind of treatment and as a company I suggest to start taking us more seriously. These elements of degradation in customer services is what makes companies fail. Not long ago the same Mr Nicholas was telling me he thinks this is a lousy company, Vodacom that is, and now he is part of treating me so lousy in the name of the same company. I am really appalled.
