Delay of delivery - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

J&T Express PhilippinesI requested to ship a parcel on December 19, but until now they havent receive the item. I called your customer service and they advised that it will take 2 to 3 days to deliver parcel from Pasig to Bicol! Its been 9 days now!! I shiped the item for christmas!! And christmas passed but may parcel is still pending???? Bad service!!pls track and do something. My tracking number is 930143118392
