Washing machine - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Hi. This is Nozipho. I bought a washing machine on 2018 July. Then by 2020 August the machine stops working. I went to the shop at Bradlows commissioner Street JHB for a complain, I didn't get that attention that I got when purchasing. The salesman Penny told me that the machine gurrantee is over. After paying R5500 for it. Then this year 2021 I visited the shop again I found the other salesman Gift I told him my story. He went through making calls left and right and when phoning the Defy company they told us that the machine gurrantee is still on, he made the arrangements with the Defy. They came into my home only to find out that my mom asked someone to fix just because Penny told the gurrantee is over. The Defy people left without fixing. I want Penny to pay for my machine this is all her fault Or can I get my money back so that I will able to buy the new one.
