I have been to Bradlows in East london Balfour office, have been here for more than 2 hrs, i want to buy a Tv stand but i can't pay because the person responsible for payments in out of the store since 10 oclock. The sales lady who is helping tried to call him, he responded by saying we can lodge a complaint he doesn't care.
That is not the way to treat your customers.
Please address this issue because this is the highest arrogance i've ever heard in my life. We also have have somethings to do than to seat at Bradlows for 2 hrs without any assistance.
