Cancelation of contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day, I had a contract with Vodacom 0606387419 number which was supposed to be until October 2019, but after October I still received the services from Vodacom until February 2020 I went to the Vodacom store and asked for the cancelation of this contract and I was given a contact number to call their head office and request from them. I called and explained that I was no longer interested in the contract and they gave me the outstanding balance, after that I made a payment and in January this year I found out that I still owe Vodacom. On the 23rd January I phoned Vodacom to make arrangements to pay this balance because they told me that was what was due and that my contract was not canceled.I made it clear once again that I want this contract canceled and that I was not going to pay again if they continue to do what they did and not do the cancelation. According to the arrangements I was going to finish paying by March and before the agreed date I went to the Vodacom store and paid the whole balance. Last week I again found out that I owe Vodacom and when I contacted your head office I was told that the balance is for April invoice because when I was done with the overdue balance they opened my number and gave me their services. I have tried several times to communicate with you and to cancel this contract. As far as I'm concerned I don't owe you any money. Can you please have this sorted. You can investigate this matter and clear this account from me.
