Extremely slow processing of packages from source to destination. - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

The small package had been submitted to Sta. Barbara, Iloilo LBC branch last December 21, yet, until now, the item is still there (non-moving). It is supposed to be delivered after 9 days to the destination (Luzon).
