Jasmine Bed poor quality - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought Jasmine bed and within 3months it was torn the springs or wires started showing. I filed a complaint and truly speaking they acted on it so fast. My mattress was changed. But now my worry is this new mattress within few months again it's starting to give me problems. Ts producing a funny sound and some pieces you can even see them protruding on the sides. Will I be doing this exchange business forever ? I don't think a bed worth R5500 should be giving such problems. Please assist me asap and with a better option. We still want to refer people to your store, but please offer quality goods.
