TV hisense 40 inch - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought tv at ok furniture sterkspruit, and I paid insurance money. My tv just got blank and have an irritating sound. I brought it back to ok for repairs it's been two months now. Last friday I was at ok only to find out my tv is on the store room not fixed still lying there. How long must I wait for ok poor services as if I bought the tv with credit.i want my tv to be fixed if I did not get solution to this I will call ombudsman to intervene to this problem. I am tired of this poor service
