Damaged bed/late delivery - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

So we bought a bedroom suit at your Krugersdoorp branch (Montego R15000)on the 15th we were promised that it would be delivered yesterday the 20th of July but it was never done. We had to be the ones picking up the phone to ask what is going on? After we again begged this morning for the bed to be delivered because we were suppose to travel yesterday after delivery they finally just arrived and guess what? The bed is damaged?! We have asked for a refund today so we can go and get another one from a store that has promised us same day delivery but we are being sent from pillar to post. Please can someone help with this urgently! So we can finally get back to our lives. From the service we have already received so far we know that if we arrange for another bed from Bradlows we will be asking for even more disgusting service. Please can we have our money back.
