Phone problem - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESI went to pep store in Ennerdale on the 31st of January 2021to purchase a sumsung phone. Within 3 days I couldn't switch on. I took it back on the 4th of February,and they gave me another one.Again on the 12th of February the very same problem happened on the 2nd phone.I am not happy with the service that I got and I don't want the phone to be repaired. I just want my money back.so I feel like you guys have been selling us phones that coming from repairs while we thinking that those are the new phones.I am willing to to report this on social media so that people be aware that you guys and not selling brand new phones.I want my money back.
