cellphone repair taking too long - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought a hisense cellphone before lockdown i used it for two weeks then it suddenly jammed. I went back to pep that is located at KwaMamdekazi to return on the 11/06/2020 ,since then they have not said anything about the phone . I went back again on 02/10 /2020 and they just said the phone is still there because of lockdown .
