Rude cashier - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Rude lady who was helping my mother at PEP Alice, Kwantu Mall, EC 5700.
On 09-01-2021 between 12:00 - 13-00.
While my mom was trying to send a parcel. The lady rudely asked for a store code which did not know. But had the address.
