Vodacom - Head OfficeI've been to the Vodafone store today to make an insurance claim my phone was stolen on the 27th February 2021at night , my account was in arrears and the line was suspended i made a payment on the 26th February 2021 in the morning ,the store advise me you've cancelled my insurance without my consent the agent in store call the insurance team to request assistance because the system is not allowing her to process the claim. The agent from the insurance team re-instated my policy, now my claim has been rejected due to the fact the insurance was cancelled due to none payment no one told me that i don't have have no paper work provided that when my line is suspended my phone is not covered by insurance. Can you please look into this for me and provide a resolution asap ,if not please process my refund back and cancel my insurance for good......Please call me on my other number which is 0652662630
